Abstract

This essay presents a new six-stage framework for leadership analysis. This essay will discuss the foundations of the framework as well as each of the six stages. The hope is that this framework will prove to be both accessible and effective for scholars to use when studying instances leadership and their consequences.

Grace Elizabeth Thomas, PhD candidate at the African Leadership Centre, King’s College London, on the PhD Leadership Studies with reference to Security and Development programme

Grace Thomas is currently a PhD candidate at the African Leadership Centre, King’s College London, on the PhD Leadership Studies with reference to Security and Development programme. Her research focuses on investigating the relationship between literature, society, and leadership.
